When you purchase a L.U.X.E. Education course, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the educational materials included in your purchased enrollment tier. Course access begins according to the terms disclosed on the applicable course sales page and purchase confirmation.
The duration of access, included resources, release schedule, and any support services will be stated before purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, course enrollment does not grant ownership of course materials or permission to redistribute them.
We may update course content to improve accuracy, relevance, or educational quality. If substantial changes materially reduce an existing student’s purchased access or benefits, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law. - Course Tiers and Included Benefits
L.U.X.E. Education may offer multiple enrollment tiers, including:

Master Formulator
LUXE Executive VIP
Each tier may have different educational materials, resources, support features, and prices. The specific benefits, access period, and limitations of each tier will be disclosed on the course sales page before purchase. Purchasing one tier does not automatically include benefits associated with another tier. Any upgrade options will be offered separately at the applicable price. - Student Accounts
Certain services require account registration. You agree to:

Nothing in these Terms prohibits lawful independent formulation, experimentation, or commercial activity using knowledge acquired through education. - Soapmaking Safety and Educational Disclaimer
Cold process soapmaking involves potentially hazardous substances, including sodium hydroxide (lye), and requires appropriate safety practices. Our courses are provided for educational purposes and are not a substitute for independent safety training, professional technical advice, or compliance with applicable laws. Participants are responsible for:
● Using appropriate personal protective equipment.
● Following chemical handling and storage instructions.
● Maintaining a suitable workspace.
● Using accurate measurements and suitable equipment.
● Keeping hazardous materials away from children and pets.
● Reviewing relevant safety data sheets and manufacturer instructions.
● Evaluating the safety and suitability of their own formulations.
● Following applicable product manufacturing, labeling, and sales requirements.
L.U.X.E. does not guarantee that every formulation developed by a student will be safe, stable, legally compliant, or commercially suitable. If an emergency or chemical exposure occurs, seek appropriate emergency or poison-control
assistance immediately. - Business and Financial Disclaimer
Educational discussions about entrepreneurship, product development, pricing, marketing, or business growth are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee business formation, profitability, sales, income, customer acquisition, or
any particular financial outcome. Business results depend on numerous factors, including individual effort, market conditions,
